ChemistOrder is the customer-communication division of Shivam Securities — a GST-registered business operating from Patna, Bihar since 2017.
Shivam Securities is a sole proprietorship registered under the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and operating from East Boring Canal Road, Patna. It has been a registered, continuously operating business since 1 July 2017.
ChemistOrder is the brand and trading name under which Shivam Securities provides contact-centre, tele-calling and business-messaging services. It is a business unit and brand — not a separate legal entity, company or partnership. Every agreement, invoice, payment and legal obligation created through this website is an obligation of Shivam Securities.
We work with retail businesses that deal with a large number of ordinary customer conversations every day — pharmacy retail chains, grocery and FMCG retailers, distributors and consumer brands — and we run that conversation layer for them properly: answered, recorded, resolved and reported.
Retail in tier-2 and tier-3 India still runs on the phone. Customers call to ask whether something is in stock, where their order is, why they were charged what they were charged. Most retailers handle this off the side of a counter, with no record and no follow-up. That is where customers are lost. ChemistOrder exists to take that layer seriously — with trained agents, written scripts, real service levels and honest reporting.

This matters, so we state it plainly.
The "Order" in ChemistOrder is a service we perform for others — we run order-taking desks, where the order is captured into the client's system and fulfilled by the client. ChemistOrder and Shivam Securities do not sell, stock, dispense, distribute, import or advertise medicines, drugs, medical devices, or any other regulated or restricted goods. We do not hold a drug licence and do not require one, because we do not deal in goods. We provide communication and support services only.
Our agents are customer-service staff, not pharmacists or clinicians. They relay information supplied by the client business and route anything clinical back to the client's own qualified staff. No agent will ever advise on the use, dosage or suitability of a medicine.
Contact lists, order data and conversation records belong to the client business. We process them only on the client's documented instruction, only for the agreed purpose, and we return or delete them when the engagement ends.
Where we operate a WhatsApp Business account, SMS sender ID or email domain for a client, the account belongs to that client and every message clearly identifies them as the sender. We are the operator, not the advertiser.
